Our Projects

Architectural Elements, Shown in the Projects Where They Belong.

This is the work we’ve actually delivered — not renderings or what we think we can do. You’ll see projects where we combined precast concrete and architectural foam to solve real problems around schedule, coordination, and getting the details right.

Most of these jobs had tight timelines or complicated coordination. In a lot of cases, keeping both materials with one team made the whole process smoother than splitting it across multiple shops. That’s the kind of difference you feel on site, not just on paper.

If you’re trying to figure out whether we can handle work like yours, this should give you a pretty clear picture.

Our featured projects

We believe the best way to understand what we do is to see it in action. Here are a few recent projects that show how we combine precast concrete and architectural foam to deliver practical, high-quality results.

Reunion Castle by McNally Construction

Magic Design supplied selected precast concrete architectural elements and architectural foam components for Reunion Castle. Our work included exterior arches, corbels, and window sills, along with interior fireplace, corbel, and architectural column details.

Reunion Resort by McNally Construction

Magic Design supplied custom architectural precast and foam elements for selected high-end vacation homes at Reunion Resort. The work focused on exterior architectural details created to support the intended character of each home. Review the project images and labeled descriptions for the elements connected to Magic Design’s scope.

Versailles House, Windermere, FL

The Versailles House is a 90,000-square-foot private residence in Windermere, Florida, inspired by the iconic Palace of Versailles in France. Built for David and Jackie Siegel, the home is designed as one of the largest single-family residences in the United States, featuring grand architecture, extensive amenities, and meticulous attention to detail across both its exterior and interiors.

Magic Design supplied precast concrete and architectural foam elements throughout the project. On the exterior, we fabricated architectural arches, balustrades, corbels, gables, crown molding, and window sills that contribute to the home’s majestic scale and classical aesthetic. Inside, we delivered custom precast and foam work for the grand fireplace, corbels, gold leaf-covered crown molding, columns, and additional architectural details that enhance the opulent interior spaces.

Given the home’s massive size and high level of customization, our ability to produce both architectural and decorative elements in-house helped maintain design consistency and supported efficient coordination across this complex, large-scale build.

Why Projects Actually Move Forward With Magic Design.

Most fabricators will quote you a price and deliver pieces. Magic Design works differently. We treat every project like it’s our own — which means we get involved early, coordinate across disciplines, and stay accountable until the work is installed and performing the way it should.

Here’s what that looks like in practice.

We Bring Three Disciplines Together Under One Roof

Precast concrete for structure and durability. Architectural foam for lightweight custom details. Thematic fabrication when the project needs real visual impact. Instead of managing three different vendors, you work with one team that understands how these materials actually work together on site.

We Get Involved Before Problems Show Up

The biggest headaches on complex projects usually start in the details — clash issues, unrealistic timelines, or design intent getting lost during value engineering. We prefer to be part of the conversation early so we can flag problems while they’re still easy to solve.

We’ve Done This on Projects That Don’t Allow for Excuses

Over the past twenty years we’ve delivered work for Disney, Universal Orlando Resorts, Legoland, and several of the larger production builders in Florida. These clients don’t have tolerance for missed deadlines or coordination failures. That experience shapes how we approach every job — even the ones that aren’t theme park scale.

We Own the Outcome, Not Just the Delivery

When something needs to be adjusted, we handle it. When coordination between trades matters, we stay in the loop. You get one point of contact who actually cares whether the final result meets the original intent — not just whether the truck showed up on time.
